Job summary

Acentra Health is recruiting a Clinical Operations Manager - RN to lead the day-to-day supervision of the Case Review Teams, mentor staff, and ensure contractual, regulatory, and accreditation compliance while delivering timely data and communications.

The role is remote with standard hours 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Active RN licensure and 4+ years of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure.
• 4+ years of clinical experience in a medical setting.
• Quality management experience with projects, reporting outcomes, or other QIP involvement.
• Case review experience with evidence-based practice standards.
• Knowledge of the No Surprises Act and Dispute Resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop the case review team to ensure high clinical knowledge and performance.
• Oversee workload, assign tasks, and adjust to contract requirements; measure results.
• Develop staff with orientation and continuous learning plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and SLAs; monitor quality.
• Participate in developing and revising case review tools to support programs.
• Maintain open communication and timely documentation and reporting.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Participate in contract management activities and related deliverables.
• Read, understand, and adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA and Privacy Rules.
