Qualifications

• Oregon RN license upon hire.
• Must be licensed in states where care is delivered.
• 2 years nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care.
• Experience with an EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Quality review of OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care.
• Ensure CMS program compliance and regulatory standards.
• Serve as Oasis expert to Home Health staff across the region.
• Collaborate with Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership.
