Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon seeks an experienced Clinical Documentation Specialist, RN, to lead quality reviews of OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care to ensure CMS program compliance. The role partners with Home Health leadership to promote regulatory adherence and optimal patient outcomes, serving as an Oasis expert across the region.

Required is an Oregon RN license on hire, with licensure in other states where care is delivered, and at least 2 years of Home Health/Palliative Care

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license upon hire.
• Licensed in states where care is delivered.
• 2 years nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care.
• Experience with EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance.
• Collaborate with Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and patient outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Oasis to Home Health staff across the region.
