Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist RN to perform OASIS and Plan of Care reviews for CMS compliance, working remotely with day shifts and weekdays. The role reports to Home Health leadership and acts as Oasis expert and consultant across the region.

The RN must hold an Oregon license (or multi-state licensure) and have 2 years of Home Health/Palliative care experience, with EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oregon required
• Must be licensed in states where care is delivered
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care
• Experience with EMR system

Responsibilities

• Perform quality review of OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS compliance
• Collaborate with Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and patient outcomes
• Serve as Oasis expert, auditor and consultant to Home Health staff across the region
• Support Providence Home Services Oregon with best practices and care coordination
