Qualifications

• RN license required and maintain licensure.
• 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• 1 year of Home Health RN experience required.
• Proficiency in OASIS review required across all types of OASIS.

Responsibilities

• Review Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification and Significant Change in Condition OASIS documents for accuracy.
• Ensure CMS program compliance in OASIS items and Plan of Care.
• Educate clinical staff on correct OASIS completion and documentation.
