Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist RN to perform quality reviews of OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS compliance. The role partners with Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and best patient outcomes.

The RN will serve as an Oasis expert and support staff across the region, delivering care with Providence's patient-focused culture and commitment to quality and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold Oregon RN license at hire; license in states where care is delivered.
• 2 years of nursing experience in Home Health or Palliative Care.
• Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Responsibilities

• Quality review of OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS compliance.
• Serve as Oasis expert and consultant to Home Health staff across the region, collaborating with leadership.
