Job summary

Providence Health and Services is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist RN for Providence Home Services Oregon. The role focuses on quality review of OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance, working with Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education sufficient for licensure.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered.
• 2 years – Nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care.
• Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Responsibilities

• Quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance.
• Collaborate with Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and patient outcomes.
• Serve as a role model, consultant, auditor and Oasis expert to Home Health staff across the region.
