Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist, Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, day-shift remote role open to multiple states. You will review OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care to ensure CMS compliance and optimal reimbursement.

Collaborate with Home Health leadership, act as Oasis expert, and support staff across the region while upholding our patient-focused care culture.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license on hire.
• Must be licensed in states where care is delivered.
• 2 years nursing experience in Home Health or Palliative Care.
• Experience with an EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review of OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care to ensure CMS compliance.
• Collaborate with Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and patient outcomes.
• Serve as Oasis expert and consultant to Home Health staff across the region.
