Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Telephonic (Remote) RN Case Manager to join a nationally recognized organization dedicated to care coordination and return-to-work outcomes. This is a remote role requiring Georgia residency and 3+ years of case management experience.

The RN will coordinate medical care for injured workers, review treatment plans, and collaborate with providers, adjusters, and employers while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Compact RN License.
• BSN or equivalent nursing experience.
• Minimum 5-6+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 3 years of Case Management experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, injury management, utilization review, and return-to-work practices.
• Understanding of pain management and behavioral health considerations.
• CCM Certification (Certified Case Manager) OR ability to obtain certification within the first 6-12 months of employment.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for injured workers throughout treatment and recovery.
• Review treatment plans for medical necessity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with providers, adjusters, employers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and support return-to-work outcomes.
• Document activity and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Drive efficient claim resolution while advocating for appropriate care.
