You will review and coordinate medical care plans, ensure treatments are appropriate and cost-effective, and collaborate with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• RN license/can obtain CA license.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years of case management experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management and return-to-work.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate medical care plans for injured employees.
• Ensure treatment plans are medically appropriate and cost-effective.
• Partner with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Document case activity and treatment progress.
• Support claim resolution and return-to-work initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
