Job summary

ISYS Solutions Inc. is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager - RN (remote) to provide workers’ compensation case management from Augusta or surrounding areas. You will coordinate care, communicate with providers, insurers and attorneys, and document thoroughly to support efficient case progression and return-to-work decisions.

The role requires RN-BC, high ethical standards, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a caseload with strong time management and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• English language skills required (speaking, writing, grammar).
• Proficient with PCs, Windows, and MS Office; able to type at a moderate speed.
• Strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
• Credentials/licensure must be valid and maintained; RN-BC preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and car insurance.
• Ability to establish a home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management within workers’ compensation industry.
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians, providers, and insurance carriers.
• Attain timely documentation and file progression; work autonomously.
