Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers from home. You will assess needs via consultative evaluations and collaborate with physicians and adjusters to create cost-conscious treatment plans for carriers, TPAs, and employers.

Requires California RN license and an active compact license in another state, plus residence outside California. Prior workers' compensation case management experience is preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license and active compact RN license in another state.
• Residence outside of California.
• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neurology.
• Workers' compensation case management experience (preferred).
• Spanish fluency (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored case management for individuals with work-related injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters on efficient, budget-conscious treatment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Serve as the key link between patients and their healthcare providers.
