Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (RN) in Los Angeles, CA. This field-based role requires coordinating medical care and advocating for injured workers, with heavy travel within the assigned territory and collaboration with physicians, employers, and claims professionals.

Ideal candidates hold an active California RN license, ASN, and preferably a BSN. Prior workers' compensation case management experience is preferred to support outcomes-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
• Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for injured workers and facilitate communication among physicians, employers, and claims professionals
• Advocate for injured workers to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Operate as a highly independent field-based role building relationships with workers and providers
• Document and coordinate care, schedule co-attendances at medical appointments, and ensure timely communications
