Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers from home. You will assess needs via consultative evaluations and collaborate with physicians and adjusters to create cost-conscious treatment plans for carriers, TPAs, and employers.

Requires California RN license and an active compact license in another state, plus residence outside California. Prior workers' compensation case management experience is preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license and active compact RN license in another state.
• Residence outside of California.
• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neurology.
• Workers' compensation case management experience (preferred).
• Spanish fluency (preferred).

Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (Workers' Compensation)

About the Role

Help injured workers get the right care and get back on their feet, all from home. As a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager, you'll assess the physical and psychological needs of individuals with work-related injuries through consultative evaluations. This is a case management role, with no hands-on treatment. You'll partner with physicians and claims adjusters to build effective, cost-conscious treatment plans for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.

Location & Pay

Fully remote. Candidates must possess a current California RN license and an active compact RN license in another state, and reside outside of California.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, based on licensure, certifications, and experience.
