Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager (RN) to support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, coordinating with physicians, employers, claims professionals, and other care team members in a field-based Los Angeles area role. This field-based position requires travel across LA and surrounding areas (approx.

80–85% of time). You will coordinate appointments, manage documentation, and communicate with healthcare providers to navigate the workers’ compensation process

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Clinical experience in ICU, ER, trauma, orthopedics, neurology, or other acute care.
• Workers' Compensation case management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, facilitate appointments, and help injured workers navigate the workers’ compensation process.
• Meet with injured workers, attend medical appointments, and communicate with providers, employers, and claims professionals.
• Document, follow up, and perform ongoing care coordination.
• Travel 80–85% of the time within the assigned territory.
