Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models.
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple channels to track projects.
• Experience leading in a remote environment with direct reports (2+ years).
• Experience with risk adjustment valuation and modeling in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from leadership.
• Coach and develop analysts, ensuring accuracy of work.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to stay ahead of problems.
• Create content for internal and external audiences; train teams on analytics.
• Develop analytics processes that maximize efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate solutions to leverage data assets and empower the team.
