Qualifications

• 3+ years Medicare/ACA/Medicaid risk adjustment models.
• 5+ years data analytics and technical experience.
• Experience leading a remote team for 2+ years.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Set and lead day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from leadership.
• Coach analysts and ensure accuracy of their work.
• Develop relationships with customer success and operations teams.
• Stay informed on risk adjustment trends to train the team.
• Create internal and external analytics content.
