Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Client Coding Project Manager to ensure high-quality risk adjustment coding audits across internal teams and external vendors. You will educate stakeholders, establish benchmarks, and drive QA improvements, reporting findings to leadership with timely recommendations.

The role requires 1+ year in project management, ACA/MA risk adjustment expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and G‑Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years related work experience with risk adjustment coding (ACA/MA).
• Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment.
• 1+ years experience in project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft and G‑Suite applications. Excel skills are a must.
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits pertaining to risk adjustment coding efforts to ensure quality.
• Audit Risk Adjustment Operations with internal teams and coding vendors.
• Educate stakeholders on opportunities for improvement discovered during audits.
• Report findings to Leadership in a timely, consistent and effective manner.
• Support audit processes ensuring workflows and results are properly documented and maintained.
• Assist in the development of an effective training program regarding correct coding techniques.
• Assist with training new auditors and training of other staff as needed.
• Create methods to share information on the program, quality, and initiatives with Management on a monthly cadence.
• Maintain a quality assurance program.
• Play a key role in ensuring coding compliance and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
