Job summary

Datavant is seeking an open Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts and collaborate with other managers and the department director. This role focuses on retrospective risk adjustment coding and analytics that impact client outcomes and business results.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, provide guidance, and be comfortable mentoring juniors and seniors while staying hands dirty in the data and delivering subject-matter expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models.
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
• Strong communication across multi-time zone teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the day-to-day work of your direct reports with guidance from the director and other department managers.
• Coach and develop analysts - guiding their work and ensuring its accuracy.
• Develop core relationships with internal stakeholders on customer success and operations teams to ensure analytics are on the leading edge.
• Stay informed of risk adjustment and healthcare industry trends to train the team and drive business outcomes.
• Create content that is internal for partners and executives, and external for customers.
• Develop analytics processes and solutions that maximize efficiency with high integrity and quality.
• Evaluate and propose solutions to leverage technology and data assets for the team.
