Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts focused on retrospective risk adjustment coding and client analytics. The role combines hands-on data work with strategic coaching, guiding junior and senior analysts across time zones to deliver accurate, timely insights.

You will partner with stakeholders in operations and customer success, drive efficient analytics processes, and communicate findings to executives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models
5+ years of data analytics and technical experience
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple channels (Slack, email, teleconferencing)
Attention to detail and meticulous in reviewing work before delivery
Experience leading and coaching in a remote environment (2+ years)

Responsibilities

Set and lead day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from director and other managers
Coach and develop analysts to ensure accuracy and quality
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders in customer success and operations
Stay informed of risk adjustment and healthcare trends to train the team
Create content for internal and external audiences
Develop analytics processes and solutions for efficiency and quality
Evaluate and propose solutions using available technology and data assets
