Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Client Coding Project Manager to oversee risk adjustment coding audits and daily operations. You will educate internal teams and vendors, set benchmarks, and drive quality assurance programs aligned with compliance requirements.

The role partners with leadership to implement improvements, train auditors, report findings, and share program updates monthly. Candidates typically have a bachelor's degree or 3–5 years coding experience in ACA/MA risk adjustment, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years related work experience with coding in risk adjustment (ACA/MA).
• Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment and coding compliance.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Strong research and problem-resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and G-Suite applications; Excel skills are a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high productivity and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Risk Adjustment Operations performance internally and with coding vendors.
• Provide expertise on coding compliance for services while ensuring regulatory requirements.
• Educate QA specialists, vendors, and staff through presentations, reports, and educational programs.
• Report findings to Leadership in a timely, effective manner; implement necessary changes.
• Support audit processes; document workflows and identify process improvements.
• Assist in developing training on correct coding techniques and practices.
• Train new auditors and other staff as needed.
• Share program updates with Management on a monthly cadence.
