Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from leadership.
• Coach and develop analysts to ensure accuracy and growth.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders (customer success/operations) to anticipate problems.
• Stay informed of risk adjustment/healthcare trends to train the team.
• Create internal and external content to communicate results.
• Develop analytics processes to maximize efficiency with integrity.
• Evaluate and propose solutions leveraging available data assets.
