This hands-on leadership role requires strong SQL, Python, and cloud data tools, plus the ability to communicate insights to executives and external customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models.
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from leadership.
• Coach and develop analysts, ensuring accuracy and growth.
• Build relationships with customer success and operations to push analytics forward.
• Stay informed on risk adjustment trends to educate the team and drive decisions.
• Create internal and external content to communicate results.
• Develop analytics processes that maximize efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate technology and data assets to optimize the team's work.
