Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to cover New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette, LA. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The TBM will develop strategic territory plans, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Significant Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory strategies.
• Bachelor's degree required; candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data and market insights to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives while maintaining high integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
