EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Proposals Specialist II to translate complex customer requirements into clear, compelling responses for the FOLIO Library Services Platform and related SaaS offerings.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant proposals and contribute to a centralized repository of reusable content. Strong writing and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in sales or a corporate environment with communications/writing experience.
2+ years of professional writing, research, project coordination, or proposal development.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and related procurement documents for FOLIO and related EBSCO SaaS solutions.
Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs, gaps, questions, and SME input.
Research FOLIO capabilities, library workflows, integrations, and implementation approaches to craft complete responses.
Coordinate proposal projects from review through submission, including timelines and quality review.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Information Security, Legal, and other SMEs to address complex requirements.
Translate technical product and library concepts into clear language focused on customer needs and outcomes.
Maintain and update the RFP content repository as products evolve.
Review content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
