You will translate complex library requirements into clear proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or corporate environment with strong communications or writing skills.
• 2+ years of professional writing, research, project coordination, or proposal development experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and proposals for FOLIO and related SaaS solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs and gaps.
• Research FOLIO capabilities, workflows, integrations, and related EBSCO solutions.
• Coordinate proposal projects from initial review to submission with timelines and reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Legal and other SMEs.
• Translate technical product concepts into clear customer-focused language.
• Maintain and update the RFP content repository with evolving products.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
