Job summary

EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Proposals Specialist II to craft compelling responses to RFPs and RFIs for the FOLIO Library Services Platform and related SaaS solutions.

You will translate complex library system concepts into clear proposals and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality submissions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or corporate settings with strong writing, research, and project coordination skills and a background in library

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or corporate environment with strong communications/writing experience
• 2+ years of professional writing, research, project coordination, or proposal development
• Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop technically accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, proposals, and related documents
• Coordinate proposal projects from initial review to submission with timelines and reviews
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and other subject matter experts to address complex requirements
• Translate technical product information into customer-friendly language
• Maintain and update the RFP response repository as products evolve
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
