Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Proposal Analyst II to lead multi‑RFP initiatives remotely in the USA, coordinating across sales, marketing, underwriting and legal teams to craft accurate, compelling proposals within tight deadlines.

You will manage intake, content development, and final submissions while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer-facing materials, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent skills or experience
• 4+ years of experience project management experience, or experience supporting RFPs and proposals
• 2+ years Insurance experience, preferable in employee benefits
• Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer-ready materials
• Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline-oriented environment
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing RFP response efficiency
