Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a results-driven RFP Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of responses to competitive solicitations. You will coordinate across sales, marketing, underwriting, and legal to craft accurate, compelling, and compliant proposals in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage timelines, gather information, and ensure deliverables meet all requirements while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to win new business and retain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in project management or supporting RFPs/proposals.
• 2+ years insurance experience, preferably employee benefits.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer-ready materials.
• Familiarity with proposal development tools or RFP management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple RFPs from intake through final submission.
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content.
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing RFP response efficiency.
