Motorola Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer RF in the Maryland, Delaware, or Washington, DC area. This remote role travels 25-50% and requires residency in MD, DE, or DC. You’ll design and engineer RF/LMR systems, coordinate with customers, and drive system tests and upgrades.

The candidate should have RF principles, IP networking, P25 terms, and experience with Motorola ASTRO/related gear. A bachelor’s degree and security clearance are required, with multiple certifications valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical field and 2+ years engineering or technical experience.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance for U.S. work.
• RF principles, IP networking, and P25/LMR knowledge required.
• Experience with Fortinet/Nokia/Juniper equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Engineer of Record on small to mid-sized RF projects.
• Design coverage and capacity, RF LMR, and WAN networks; support system upgrades.
• Coordinate with customers/consultants for design reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, technicians, and customers to ensure project success.
