Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks an experienced RF/Microwave Engineer for North America Post Sale Engineering. You will serve as Engineer of Record on small to mid-sized projects, design coverage, perform RF analysis, and coordinate with customers for design reviews and testing.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, and mandatory RF experience. Travel 25-50% and residence in MD, DE, or DC required. Background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Engineer the Engineer of Record on small to mid-sized projects.
• Design coverage and capacity, microwave systems, RF LMR, WAN networks.
• Coordinate with customers and consultants for design reviews and testing events.
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, technicians, and customers.
