This senior, client-facing Associate Director role blends leadership with deep technical RevOps know-how. You’ll guide a team of RevOps Strategists, partner with the Director of Revenue Operations, and remain hands-on in Salesforce, marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM/Marketing Operations, or related field.
• Agency/consulting environment experience with multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Revenue Operations team; manage workload and quality.
• Oversee client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects in Salesforce, HubSpot, and MAPs.
• Translate complex findings into clear executive recommendations.
• Review strategist work for accuracy and quality before delivery.
• Support scoping, solution design, and new RevOps opportunities.
