Job summary

Magnific, a leading creative AI platform, is seeking a RevOps Systems Administrator to own Gainsight after go-live and back up Salesforce. This remote role spans the United States and reports to the Revenue Operations & Enablement team.

You will take over administration from our partner, maintain data sync, health scores, CTAs and cockpit, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to ensure a single source of truth. Strong English is required; Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Gainsight Certified Administrator (Level 2) or NXT (Level 3).
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
• 2+ years administering Gainsight CS in production.
• 3+ years administering Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Gainsight-Salesforce Connector experience and data sync.
• Excellent written English; Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Take over Gainsight administration from the implementation partner and manage users, permissions, and health scores.
• Administer Gainsight for Customer Success: health scores, CTAs, cockpit, and journeys.
• Serve as Salesforce backup admin for Sales: flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports.
• Own data layer: connector and sync rules to ensure a single customer view.
• Document every rule and data job for team continuity.
• Provide support and operate other revenue tools as the stack grows.
