Magnific is seeking a RevOps Systems Administrator to own Gainsight and back up Salesforce. You will be the primary Gainsight admin, align Customer Success with Salesforce data, and collaborate with RevOps. This fully remote role supports the US team and reports to the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement.

Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 with a 10% target annual bonus; health insurance for you and family, 23 vacation days, and flexible remote work within the United States.

Competenze

• Active Gainsight administrator certification required (Level 2 or Level 3).
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required.
• 2+ years administering Gainsight CS in production.
• 3+ years administering Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Gainsight-Salesforce Connector.
• Strong written English; Spanish a bonus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate outputs.

Mansioni

• Take over Gainsight administration: users, permissions, the Salesforce connector, data jobs, rules and health scores.
• Administer and support Gainsight for Customer Success: health scores, CTAs, Cockpit, Journey Orchestrator, reports, dashboards.
• Be the first stop for Customer Success on Gainsight; triage requests and escalate to Gainsight support as needed.
• Own the Salesforce and Gainsight data layer: connector, sync rules, data quality for a single customer record.
• Act as Salesforce backup admin for Sales: Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, users, reports, dashboards.
• Manage RevOps queue in Salesforce for Gainsight and Sales; document every change.
• Document inherited rules, data jobs, health scores for team clarity.
• Administer, operate and support other revenue tools as assigned.
