Job summary

Nooks is seeking a Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager to scale our RevOps function, owning critical systems end-to-end, setting the roadmap, and driving strategic initiatives that shape how our GTM organization operates.

This role requires analytical rigor, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of shipping scalable processes. You’ll collaborate with GTM leadership in a remote-ready team, with occasional travel to the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SaaS RevOps experience with progression in scope and ownership; 6+ years in analytical roles.
• Subject-matter expert in HubSpot and the modern GTM stack—hands-on when needed.
• You can size opportunities, articulate trade-offs, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project ownership and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and articulate business cases for GTM investments and opportunity sizing.
• Analyze pipeline, conversion, segmentation, retention, and rep performance; evaluate trade-offs.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards, forecasting models, and performance reviews.
• Scope and execute cross-functional RevOps projects aligned to business outcomes.
• Proactively measure outcomes post-launch and share learnings with the business.
• Develop 2-quarter forward roadmaps for your systems area and drive improvements.
