Job summary

Nooks.ai in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Revenue Engineering to lead the technical arm of Revenue Operations. You will own the revenue data platform, automate pipeline generation, and manage deal economics from quote to booking.

Qualifications

• Experience owning revenue tech stack end-to-end in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to hire, coach, and evaluate engineers or ICs.
• Experience translating seller pain points into scalable revenue systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue data platform and deliver a reconciled close every quarter.
• Hire, manage, and develop the RevOps technical team (GTM Engineer, Platform Engineer, Deal Desk Lead).
• Own internal and board revenue reporting infrastructure with Finance.
• Set build vs. buy strategy for revenue tech stack and roadmap for internal automation and AI tooling.
• Translate operating pain points into systems shipped by the team.
