Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Marketing & RevOps Manager to design, implement, and optimize a data-driven revenue generation system. The role focuses on aligning marketing, sales, and data within HubSpot to create a predictable pipeline.

You will build lead lifecycles, manage TOFU demand campaigns, automate follow-ups, and deliver full-funnel visibility through robust reporting. Advanced English is required; logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in CRM management, RevOps, and B2B demand generation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot architecture, workflow automation, and lead scoring.
• Experience using HubSpot to design top-of-funnel emails, landing pages, and ICP messaging.
• Proven ability to run marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Logistics, supply chain, or freight-forwarding experience preferred.
