Job description

Work model: 100% remote, based in Latin America

Language: English C1 or higher

Compensation: Competitive, with performance bonus

Industry: Remote recruitment and talent acquisition firm operating in the U.S. market | Latin America

Role objective

You will build and improve the systems that connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, from first touch through expansion. You will use data to spot what is slowing growth, recommend the next growth bets, and work with department heads to implement improvements and track their impact.

This is a fully hands-on role. We are looking for someone who has solved these problems before, has strong HubSpot expertise, and is deeply involved in AI and workflow automation.

Responsibilities
  • Own HubSpot and the go-to-market stack: lifecycle stages and fields, data quality, integrations, conversion syncing with advertising platforms, user access, and tool costs.
  • Define how Marketing and Sales work together: MQL and SQL criteria, lead scoring, ideal-customer filters, routing, follow-up SLAs, and speed-to-lead tracking.
  • Make channel performance measurable by tracking lead sources, CAC, and payback by channel, and recommend monthly spend allocation.
  • Deliver weekly pipeline reports, track stage conversion rates, maintain the forecast model, and analyze wins and losses.
  • Connect Sales and Customer Success: capture post-sale information in HubSpot, surface customer health and usage signals, and track expansion opportunities.
  • Build AI-enabled workflows that automate repetitive work, and validate the accuracy and value of the outputs.
  • Own the RevOps improvement roadmap, prioritizing changes that remove bottlenecks, reduce manual work, and improve revenue performance.
  • Work with department heads to turn approved recommendations into workable processes, then monitor adoption and results.
  • Recommend growth and investment priorities, weighing expected impact, speed to results, risks, and trade-offs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct Revenue Operations experience, with hands-on ownership of systems and processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Experience building or significantly improving RevOps systems and processes (0 to 1 and 1 to N), from identifying the problem through implementation.
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise, including lifecycle configuration, data governance, integrations, and automation.
  • Experience designing the funnel: lead qualification criteria, scoring, routing, and Marketing and Sales handoffs.
  • Experience with attribution and unit economics, including channel sources, CAC, and payback.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with AI and automation. You have built and deployed workflows that reduce manual work and validated their results.
  • English C1 or higher and executive communication: explain recommendations clearly, challenge assumptions constructively, and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Strong commercial judgment and independence to identify priorities, weigh risks and trade-offs, and influence growth and investment decisions.
Nice to have
  • Experience in startups or lean teams.
  • Direct sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience with Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, AirOps, or advertising conversion integrations.
Additional information
  • Competitive compensation with reviews every six months and performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive global health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and routine care.
  • Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and family care days.
  • Parental leave and family-friendly policies.
  • Direct work with the Co-CEO and department heads, with the autonomy to identify growth bets, guide investment, and turn insights into action.
  • A culture centered around growth, ownership, well-being, and continuous learning.
