Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-savvy Revenue Operations Analyst to turn messy data into trusted numbers used by leadership. You will own and evolve recurring reports, close data-quality gaps, and learn our data model under the Director, Revenue Operations.

The role offers opportunities to expand ownership as the data footprint grows with acquisitions and new products. Strong SQL, CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce), and AI tooling familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics.
• Vertical SaaS or service industry background preferred.
• Proficiency with cloud data warehouses and data workflows.
• CRM data structures and data-quality workflows experience.
• Experience with AI tools for prototyping and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Support revenue, finance, and product data reporting.
• Clean, complete, and automate CRM data.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate usage data into CRM.
• Prototype AI-powered reports and scale them to production BI.
• Help stand up reporting for go-to-market, finance, and operations areas.
