Job summary

Skimmer is modernizing the pool service industry with data-driven decisions. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will own weekly KPIs, maintain reporting accuracy, and close data-quality gaps across marketing, sales, finance, and product.

You will optimize CRM data, support acquisitions, and prototype AI-driven insights using Snowflake, HubSpot/Salesforce, Looker, and Tableau. This remote-friendly role offers strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proven expertise in SQL and data querying with a cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with CRM data structures, field mapping, and data-quality workflows.
• Proficiency in a BI or reporting tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM, payments, and retention.
• Keep CRM data clean, complete, and automated; standardize fields and close data gaps.
• Support reporting for finance, including revenue-share and reconciliations.
• Partner with Product Analytics to bring product usage data into the CRM.
• Automate manual processes and prototype AI-powered insights for production.
• Assist acquisitions data-matching, migration, and post-merge performance analysis.
