Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to turn messy data into trusted numbers used by leaders weekly. You will own standing reports, improve data quality, and grow into ownership of key dashboards as the data model expands with acquisitions and new products.

You will collaborate with the Director, RevOps, program leaders, and the executive team, leveraging SQL, CRM data, and AI-assisted analytics to deliver timely insights across GTM, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data analytics skills with experience in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and dbt workflows.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) including data structures and data-quality workflows.
• Outstanding ability to support recurring production reporting (export, build, QA, publish) with executives.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with both clean and messy data.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Replit, OpenAI) for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting (go-to-market funnel, pipeline, forecast, payments, churn, retention, customer success).
• Support revenue/reporting Finance and Accounting needs, including revenue-share reporting and reconciliations.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from executives and program leaders.
