Alt is hiring as a sole RevOps specialist to support a 10-person sales team. This fully remote role offers equity, strong benefits, and a path to shape operations across the entire revenue engine.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a high-growth startup.
• Self-starter who identifies problems and builds solutions without being asked.
• Ability to distill complex operational changes into clear messages for sales reps and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support a sales team of 10 as the sole RevOps hire, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
• Manage the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power the growing sales engine.
• Maintain and iterate on lead scoring models, enrich leads, and monitor pipeline conversion metrics.
• Administer Salesforce, build new fields and reports, and ensure data integrity across CRM and connected systems.
• Configure sequencing workflows and automate outreach while documenting standardized sales processes.
