Job summary

Airtame, a Copenhagen-based hardware and cloud software company, is seeking a RevOps professional to bridge admin, automation, and AI tooling on Salesforce. You’ll work to maintain data integrity, implement AI-assisted flows, and own interconnections between sales, support, and product data.

Qualifications

• A few years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience, including Flow Builder, permissions and data model.
• Proficiency in writing SQL and SOQL and modeling data for reports.
• Experience with AI tools and using AI to write flows and queries.
• Comfort with APIs and integrating tools via APIs or scripting like Python/JavaScript.
• Experience as the main or sole admin of a Salesforce org or similar system with good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial Stack: move the technical side and AI tools under you, define roadmap with manager.
• Send the Renewal messages and build email flows for different renewal paths.
• Ensure consistency of pipeline, bookings, ARR, renewals and churn across dashboards and AI assistants.
• Automate manual processes, build pricing claim workflows in Salesforce with audit trails.
• Bring Support onto Intercom and manage Salesforce sync and AI setup for product feedback.
