Job summary

VCluster Labs seeks a Revenue Operations Specialist to own quote-to-cash, reporting, and Salesforce support for the US team. You will automate processes, build dashboards, and help reps and AEs understand the system in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

You will partner with the COO on deals, commissions, and data integrity, while shaping RevOps to scale with the business. This role blends hands-on ops with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue or sales operations with Salesforce build experience.
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash in a CRM ecosystem.
• Ability to build dashboards and reconcile numbers across systems.
• Background in B2B SaaS with fast scaling revenue engines.
• Strong service mindset and resourcefulness under speed.

Responsibilities

• Own quote-to-cash processes, order forms, and ARR syncs in Salesforce and Ironclad.
• Build flows, automations, and reports to support US sales leaders.
• Support quota setting and deal reviews with the COO and reps.
• Maintain dashboards for pipeline, renewal, ARR, and territory data.
• Uphold data hygiene and publish RevOps playbooks.
