Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager/Team Leader to guide 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers with a robust lead generation machine and high-energy sales culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, hiring, and driving pipeline metrics while ensuring timely loan closings and growth of the HECM department in a fast-paced environment. Base pay around 70K with bonus opportunities and potential for 100K+.

Formación

• Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The Work:

At Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, AssistantSales Manager/Team Leader is responsiblefor managing 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officersbacked by an unstoppable marketing machine with LEADS, LEADS, LEADS. The Sales Manager will assist the team to hit their Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics as provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.

Job Duties:

• Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
• Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members
• Managing lead conversions and metrics
• Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Assisting upper managementin growing the HECM department

Qualifications:

• Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experiencein a call center environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Base pay is roughly 70K + Bonus. Can be up to 100K+ with bonus opportunities.
