Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage is seeking an AssistantSales Manager/Team Leader to guide 8–12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers with a strong marketing engine delivering LEADS. You will help the team hit daily, weekly and monthly metrics and ensure timely loan closings.

The role emphasizes coaching, hiring, and growing the HECM department, with a base pay around $70,000 plus bonus opportunities; total can exceed $100,000. 100% Remote option available.

Qualifications

• Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
• Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members
• Managing lead conversions and metrics
• Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner
