Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage is seeking an AssistantSales Manager/Team Leader to coach and lead 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers backed by a robust lead generation system. The role focuses on driving daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and ensuring timely closings.

The ideal candidate has reverse mortgage experience (2+ years in a call center is a plus) and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
• Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members
• Managing lead conversions and metrics
• Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department
