Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager/Team Leader to manage 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers, backed by a robust marketing engine delivering LEADS, LEADS, LEADS. Drive the team to meet daily, weekly and monthly metrics provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.

The role includes coaching, hiring, and growing the HECM department, with a base pay around $70K plus bonus, potential to exceed $100K with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly trainings and call reviews.
• Screen, interview and hire team members.
• Manage lead conversions and performance metrics.
• Oversee a loan pipeline to ensure timely closings.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Assist upper management in growing the HECM department.
