Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting a fast-paced operations team. You will manage end-to-end orders, coordinate freight, and ensure timely, accurate shipments while leveraging NetSuite and TMS tools to maintain visibility.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners, with a focus on structure, consistency, and reliable processes in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics management experience.
• 1+ years in outbound freight or logistics coordination.
• Familiar with order lifecycle from PO to shipment.
• Proficient with NetSuite, TMS, BI tools.
• Strong communication across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order flow from PO intake to shipment.
• Coordinate customer freight-out from warehouses to locations via providers.
• Manage transfers of finished goods between sites and co-packers.
• Support inter-facility movement of raw materials (including refrigerated/frozen).
• Process freight and transfers in NetSuite with data accuracy.
• Track shipments and maintain documentation for visibility and audits.
• Audit freight invoices and pursue credits to control costs.
• Manage carrier performance via KPIs for on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and shipment docs (Bills of Lading).
• Build strong relationships with warehouses, freight providers, and 3PLs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain to resolve needs.
