Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an IT Logistics Operations Manager to build and oversee global IT logistics operations for a leading technology client. You will own end-to-end logistics across NORAM, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, including inbound/outbound logistics, IT asset operations, and a global IT peripheral vending program.

This hands-on leadership role requires bringing consistency to multi-region operations, meeting SLAs, and continuously improving the service as it scales.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT logistics, supply chain, or IT asset operations.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-region operations.
• Proven ability to meet SLAs/KPIs in a managed services or client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and reverse logistics across regions.
• Build a global operating model with consistent SLAs, KPIs, and controls.
• Manage shipping, customs, and returns; ensure audit readiness.
• Own vending programs for IT peripherals, optimize uptime and stock levels.
• Lead regional leads and logistics technicians; drive performance reviews.
